职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Ensure the smooth delivery and supply of National Brands (i.e. Carlsberg Chill, Light, Tuborg) and 3rd party brands (eg Corona/K1664 ) to CIB (Carlsberg international brands business unit) and other Carlsberg BUs with lowest cost possible and agreed service level.
2. Manage regional logistics team of CIB (Carlsberg international brands business unit).
3. Monitor adherence to the SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure)and SLA (service level agreement) for the supply of national brands production (including rolling forecasting, production / inventory planning, order placement, delivery arrangement, etc ), as well as the importation / dispatch of 3rd party bands. Coordinate with the relevant parties.
4. Monitor SLA KPIs (i.e. FA, balanced dispatch, MOQ, share of emergency orders etc) and initiate corrective actions to improve performance. Work closely with regional sales team to improve distribution performance.
5. Monitor / update the transportation / warehousing costs for the products from Carlsberg supply sites to CIB (Carlsberg International brand) regions and / or other BUs.
6. Work closely with HQ planning team to manage rolling forecast/ production requirement to production sites to achieve required sales volume fulfillment; Review the KPI such as Stock Service Level, Sales Forecast Accuracy.
7. Drive the weekly / monthly CIB S&OP process. Be leader and ambassador of this process.
8. Manage the contracted logistics companies who are responsible for the transportation / distribution of full goods from production sites to CIB regions or JVs; Follow up the operation, lead monthly review and continuous improvement.
9. Submit the monthly report on the status update, main issues / solutions, KPIs on the supply of national brands, CQ Chill /Light/Tuborg production, and the performance appraisal of the logistics companies.
10. Liaise with central logistics and planning function on national projects and operations. Implement central driven projects.
11. Responsible for logistics cost budgeting, provide standard cost to regions.
12. Manage HZ logistics and planning team.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in logistic and purchase management or/and engineering background preferred.
2. Fluent English in speaking and writing. Mandarin is a must.
3. At least 10 years working experience, and more than 3 years working in similar positions in multinational companies.
4. Familiar with law and regulations on the logistics /transportation or related
5. Experience with leading x-functional teams
6. Experience with Supply Chain planning
7. Experience with multimodal transportation (truck, train, ship, containers)
8. Experience in Customs clearance and CIQ for importation activities and familiar with the relevant rule / regulations are of advantage
9. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals, teams and management as well as autonomously. Organizational sensitivity, engage without conflict.
10. Good leadership skills with desire to drive for change and strive for continues improvement.
11. High integrity, Self-motivated, independent (able to work with minimum supervision).
12. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Structured work approach
13. Be energetic and passionate about driving for results.
14. Understand internal and external drivers in the development for Chinese FMCG industry.
15. Be flexible and adaptable with ability for frequent travelling.
16. Customers service mind-sets
