职位描述

岗位具体要求

1、岗位所需专业技能/知识:

  1. Solid knowledge in freight forwarding & contract logistics.
  2. In depth knowledge of products, process, supply chain systems, industry regulations (e.g. warehousing & customs), the market environment & client requirements.
  3. Proven ability to adapt and provide a flexible approach to client solutions.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of client relationships based around product expertise and deep understanding of local conditions.

2、基本素质要求(如沟通、团队等):

  1. Must be a forward & strategic thinking individual.
  2. Influencing / Negotiating skills with ability to interface with a broad range of stakeholders.
  3. Able to work under pressure & across cultures.

3、外语程度:

Must have excellent English language skills. Japanese language skills would be an added advantage.

岗位主要职责:

1. Work closely with other key managers across the group to develop winning client solutions.

2. Build a team of professional solutions personnel that will inspire innovation, drive continuous improvement and receive the full support of the company’s operations teams.

3. Involved in the supply chain sales cycle, meeting with potential and existing customers to evaluate, build and deliver solution for them.

4. To lead solutions meetings / presentations to key target and existing clients.

5. Actively contribute to the leadership team and build strong credibility for the solutions team within the company.

6. Attend and contribute to regular meetings with internal management to discuss the strategic development and the “continuous improvement programs” of Sinotrans Logistics Development Co., Ltd,

7. Analyze and evaluate: data and information about markets; trends; and the external environment, as well as company capabilities, goals and strategies, so as to develop and recommend solutions to key target and existing clients.

8. Review and interpret cost and pricing models for each solution and make recommendations to client accordingly.

9. Implement cost effective solutions for both Sinotrans Logistics Development Co., Ltd, and its key target and existing clients.

10. Attend meetings with Supply Chain Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers and Operations teams to discuss all opportunities for potential and existing customers.
