Reports To : Asia Sales manager
The job location: Bao ding or BJ .Home office will be considered.
Candidate must have hands-on spilit. We need a person who can directly work on with customers.

Description:
The role of an Account Manager, in the context of a program, is to be the interface with all customer departments (purchasing, engineering, and quality, after sales …) for his/her portfolio of products currently in production.
The main missions of the role are to:
l Direct report to Sales manager to be response for the whole Plant new customer development and marketing/competitors information analysis
l In association with the Development Team, Plant Team, Costing, Productivity Expert, etc..., apply the Group standards (Company Excellence System and Program Management System) in order to ensure the commercial viability of a program during series production
l Ensure permanent contact with various customer departments, including involving Company teams when necessary
l Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial offers
l Negotiate parts and tooling costs in consultation with the Sales Manager and the
customer
l Ensure that the evolution of permanent parts pricing in line with the Divisions budget
l Validate the profitability of productivity proposals before submitting anyproductivity offer to the customer
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have/be:
l Bachelor degree in engineering with a specialisation in Sales
l Minimum 3 years experience in sales and in an industrial environment
l Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
l Ability to work in a matrixed organisation
l International mind set, strong analytical skills
l English required
