一、岗位职责：

1.每月员工薪资表的统计、计算，并呈报总部审核及发放。

2.每月人事报表，国家各位统计报表的统计汇总及呈报。

3.定期了解外部市场一线员工薪资水平及协助参与薪酬调查活动。

4.负责办公室及一线员工的招聘。

5.新员工入职介绍、培训及试用期考核跟踪。

6.员工考勤记录核查，及员工加班和假期的管理。

7.员工入职、转正、离职等手续办理及劳动关系的管理。

8.各类福利的实施（年度体检、公司活动、年会等）。

9.参与员工员工满意度调查策划，主导其实施和汇总分析及跟踪落实行动改善计划。

10.协助上级主管做好员工职业发展及其他员工关系的管理工作。

11.参与建立、完善和实施奖惩制度及其他员工激励方案。

12.参与培训体系（内、外训）的建立，并主导培训的实施。

13.协同营运经理负责分公司环境监控安全工作的监督和实施。

14.处理公公司各类行政相关事务。

15.完成其它由中国区人力资源经理指派的任务。

二、岗位要求：

1.专科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业。

2.3年及以上制造企业人事管理工作经验，汽车零部件（内饰）为佳.

3.熟悉国家劳动政策和法律法规,地方法规。

4.熟悉人事管理各大模块及实务操作。

5.了解ISO 14000环境体系的基本内容。

6.具有一定的组织、领导、协调能力。

7.较强的工作责任心和工作主动性。
