• Based in Chengdu overlooking Xi’an office marketing operation requiring regular travelling to Xi’an. （50% in Chengdu, 50% in Xi’an）
• 70% of the time focuses on Xi’an office marketing issues, and 30% of the time allocated to Chengdu’s marketing.

Job Description:

· Responsible for the overall planning and execution of marketing activities in Xi’an. Implement effective strategies in aspects of:

– media relation and publicity

– events and activities

– relationship and cooperation with local governments, chambers and associations

– service line marketing

· Demonstrate good manage of marketing operational system including marketing materials & tools, vendor and suppliers, and ensure company standards in Xi’an office.

· Coordinate and support in internal activities and marketing issue.

· Assist West-hub marketing manager in overall marketing effort in Chengdu and wider aspect

·支持内部员工活动相关事宜，主导内部宣传工作。

协助华西区市场部负责人处理成都分公司或区域市场部的工作。

Required Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, with preferable working experience in professional service industry, foreign chamber, or media. The experience of opening a new office or business is a plus.
• The candidate should possess:
• Strong communications skills. Outstanding writing and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to work independently but with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
• Excellent multi-tasking ability and attention to details.
• Proactive, Positive, and Creative.
• Good academic credentials and/or professional qualifications in Marketing / Communications / Business.
• Expertly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital media savvy
• Real estate experience is desirable however not essential
