Objective of job
- Guidance and Qualification of Chinese teacher at the vocational schools
- Development of curriculum and educational material for the apprentices
- Implementation of trainings for the classes
- Adaptation “Dual System” to Chinese vocational schools

Task designation
1 Guidance & Qualification of Chinese teacher during their daily business in one of our cooperate schools. Have to stay most of the time in the school to give on-site support and instructions.
2 Assistance at the selection of teachers and apprentices. Creating tests and up date them.
3 Development of curriculum as well as educational material for the classes and monitor the progress.
4 Implementation of Training for the classes. Tailer made training courses have to be developed and implemented according factories needs.
5 Development of final exam
6 Initiation & Coordination of Department Deployment
7 Support at selected production training projects .
8 Compile field documentation frame curriculum
9 Coordination with EMD/A, participation in team meetings, Contact /Exchange with PER, VETS (Vocational Education Training System)
10 Participation at the Vocational Training Commission
11 Tasks concerning development policy, Exchange with Beijing Education Commission

Qualification required
Professional skills:
- Bachelor of science, preferably in car manufacturing/automotive engineering; excellent knowledge of the automotive production
- Some years of experience working in a car manufacturing company
- Dealing with mechanical and electronically subjects
- Professional knowledge & experience in teaching content. Knowledgeable in the field of Vocational education and the Chinese Educational system
- Strategic skills/ability to support the growing vocational education organization according to Daimler China needs
- well-structured approach in daily business
- Profound Chinese and English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft application, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Personal skills:
- Intercultural and interpersonal communication skills. Outgoing team character
- Genuine, credible and responsible manner
- Approaches situations and problems with interest and open minded. Proactive and has a good self-perception
- Clear and comprehensible manner of expression – good presentation skills
- Can manage group dynamics in a sensitive manner
- Can treat other people with respect and avoids dismissive statements

Methodological skills:
- Knowledge of pedagogic & didactic: using of different methods and teaching content
- Can derive and formulate learning targets
- Has extensive knowledge of various learner
- Can demonstrate ways of improving
