根据国外客户或代理的要求制定运输方案, 接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；和客户、运输车队、报关行、船公司相关人员保持良好的沟通，确保货物的顺利出运；制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票；负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜。

职位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，国际贸易，国际货运，物流管理及商务英语专业优先。

2. 英语四级或以上，具备一定的英语听，说，读，写能力。

3. 具有积极进取，主动，负责，认真的工作态度。

4. 服务意识强，能承受一定的工作压力，并善于处理各种突发的问题。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analysis incoming shipping order / return confirmation of booking and advise the details for the cargo delivery to the shipper, i.e. the name and address of CFS or terminal, sailings and the closing time etc.

2. Arrange trucking or the container haulage for the shipper according to requests.

3. Report primary booking status of each sailing to supervisor for reservation of sailing space with carriers.

4. Trace for cargoes status and make loading plan for warehouse.

5. Prepare Bill of Lading and related shipping documents.

6. Arrange invoice to customers, sub-contractors and overseas agents as per instruction.

7. Prepare shipping instruction to carriers for issuance of Ocean Bill of Lading or other related documents.

8. Collect Ocean Bill of Lading and related documents from the carriers and check accuracy.

9. Dispatch shipping documents to overseas agents.

Job Requirements:

1. College or above, major in International Trade and Business English major preferably.

2. CET 4 or above, and proficiency in English listening, reading and speaking.

3. Aggressive and hard working.
