职位描述
Job Description:
- Responsible for development and optimization of the forecast and promotion algorithm in SCM (Supply Chain Management) system.
- Research and develop the forecast and promotion algorithm including model improvement and selection, character selection and evaluation, practice ability, etc.
- Optimize the forecast and promotion algorithm by analyzing the business data based SCM
- Planning and design the data mining solution based specific business cases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
l Master degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related disciplines.
l CET-4 or equivalent
- Experience:
l 3 years or above experience of statistics, data analysis, data mining or related position.
- Skills:
l Solid knowledge of statistics, data mining.
l R&D experience of data mining project. Be able to design and implement data mining algorithm and statistics algorithm.
l Proficient in C++ programming in windows platform, good knowledge of STL is preferred.
l With object-oriented analysis and design ability, good knowledge of UML, design pattern, and OOAD, skilled in use the UML tools, such as Visio, Rose or PowerDesigner etc.
l Good at writing the development document; Good coding style is desired.
l Acquaint with software development process, adhere to software engineering thought, familiar with agile development is preferred.
l Interested in technical work, ability to research new technology, strong sense of responsibility.
l Good communication, harmonious and expression, ability to work independently, professional dedication, and strong team spirit.
l Excellent verbal and written English skills are required, if also French is preferred.
l Master graduated from France is preferred.

职位描述
- 负责供应链管理系统预测和促销算法的开发和优化；
- 研发基于统计的预测、促销算法，包括模型的改进和选取、特征的选取及评估、训练的有效性等相关工作；
- 对供应链管理业务数据进行分析，改进预测、促销算法；
- 针对具体的业务问题，规划、设计基于数据挖掘的解决方案。
任职资格：
- 教育：
l 数学、统计、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
l 英语达到CET-4或相当水平。
- 经验：
l 3年以上统计、数据分析、数据挖掘相关研发经验；
- 技能：
l 深刻理解并熟练掌握统计学、数据挖掘相关算法和技术；
l 具有丰富的数据掘或统计项目研发经验，能独立完成统计算法和数据挖掘方案的设计与实现；
l 精通Windows平台下的C++编程，熟悉STL者优先；
l 具备面向对象的分析设计能力，熟悉UML/设计模式/OOAD，熟练使用Visio/Rose/PowerDesigner；
l 熟悉软件开发流程，具备良好的软件工程思想，熟悉敏捷开发流程者优先；
l 热爱技术工作，具有钻研应用新技术、新知识的能力，责任心强；
l 有良好的沟通、协调、表达能力，能够独立完成工作，有敬业精神，具备良好的团队精神；
l 留法硕士毕业生优先；
