Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or related disciplines.
CET-6 or above
Experience
More than 3 years' experience in Technical Translator .
Skills
He or she will demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
The ability to set up documentation standards, organizing and designing information effectively, making information available across the company
The ability to plan and manage their documentation projects.
A Pro-active attitude: collect information from various stakeholders (development, Test, support, consulting), propose documentation formats and contents
Responsibilities:
In a fast-growing company and in a context of quick product development, the Technical Writer will produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for the company's product (e.g. help files, training documents, release notes, commercial presentation, etc.) in a format that suits the target readers.
He or she will work closely with the developments team and keep up with the fast-paced development process. He or she will be team player, but must also be a self-starter who takes responsibility for their own work.
Produced documentation will be aimed at an international audience within the company so English proficiency is essential.
