1、在项目经理的领导下，及时、保质地独立完成交办的装修工程的项目资料，做一名合格的装修资料员。

任职资格：
1、专科以上相关学历（精装修经验丰富着可以放宽）；
2、具有2年以上装修工作资料经验(有在万科精装修等相关项目经验的优先）；
3、具备很强的沟通与协调能力，能主动同监理及质检站配合，顺利的完成项目的相关隐蔽资料验收及报验于存档，完善相关资料；
4、能使用相关资料软件、办公软件，对装修工程要求能较好理解；
5、有团队合作意识，工作积极主动，认真负责，能吃苦，具备强烈进取精神，敢于挑战高薪的欲望。
