5、二年以上大型项目装饰预算、决算工作经历；
6、三年以上企业投标预算工作经历；
7、熟练使用广联达预算软件；
8、熟练编制工程量清单报价；
9、熟练使用图形算量软件；
10、熟悉项目的预算及项目成本控制洽商办理；
11、熟悉施工合同起草、洽谈及管理；
12、有较强的文字水平及语言组织能力；
13、为人正派、工作认真、积极主动、具有团队协作精神；
14、具备花最小的钱办最大的事的意识；
15、良好的职业道德及工作作风。
