Dr?ger has deeply involved in the handling of gases, in particular, hazard protection and life saving in medical and industrial emergencies. Dr?ger safety’s business consists of design, manufacturing, sales and service of equipment for gas detection and breathing protection.
We are looking for:
Segment Manager -- Mining & Fire Service (Beijing) 采矿和消防行业经理
主要职责:
· 按照总部及亚太区的市场战略,制定并执行德尔格中国在采矿和消防行业的市场战略
· 敏锐观察相关行业的市场发展趋势,为实现业务增长拓展新的发展机会
· 与市场部同事紧密合作,利用内、外部资源,采取有效措施,完成公司的战略目标
· 配合销售制定并完成行业销售计划,协助销售实现增长目标
工作任务:
· 了解客户需求,行业的技术发展和竞争趋势
· 量化市场规模和机会,行业分析和定位,合理定价以赢得本行业更多的销售机会
· 分析评估市场数据及竞争对手情况
· 制定并实施行业的市场活动计划
· 针对行业设计并实施有效的培训,开发产品应用潜力,推动更多产品在行业的销售
· 全面了解行业动态,掌握相关法规和行规变化对业务的影响
教育背景:
大学本科毕业,市场营销、工商管理或相关专业
职业经历:
五年以上从事市场或销售工作,有安全产品的相关领域或行业的工作经历
在相关安全产品跨国公司的相关工作经验并能证明有良好业绩的为最佳选择
专业技能:
对相关的行业和客户有深入详细的了解
较强的理性分析和综合总结能力,能够独立制定市场调研和战略计划
良好的沟通技巧,口笔表达能力强,有较强的学习能力
英语读写能力较强,能够适应使用英语的工作环境
性格开朗,积极主动,诚实可靠,有团队合作精神并愿意与他人分享
熟练使用PPT, Excel等基本工具
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement company’s marketing strategy for the assigned Segments in accordance with global and regional strategy
Identify the segment market trends and new business opportunities for future growth;
Work with peer segment marketing colleagues to deploy resources and implement/oversee processes to meet strategic objectives
Work collaboratively with sales & service for business planning of the assigned segments and help to reach the growth target
Tasks:
Identify customer needs, segment competitive and technology trends
Quantify market size and opportunities, segment analysis and positioning
Evaluate and analyze market data, overview of competitors and competitiveness
Develop pricing models and programs to grow business and maximize profitability within the segments
Work out marketing programs for the segment and work with marketing colleagues to execute marketing plans
Design and execute regular segment trainings in cooperation with sales and drive exploitation of full potential within the segments across all relevant applications
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of segment dynamics and business practice/policy/regulatory changes that may have an impact on the present and future business
Education:
Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or engineering, with focus on marketing methods and knowledge
Related Experience:
At least 5 years experiences in Sales or Marketing
Working experience in safety industry and related segments is preferred
Prior segmentation experience is highly desired along with the ability to demonstrate measurable results from effort
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications:
Relevant market and customer knowledge
Strong analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, conduct and interpret market research that is both qualitative and quantitative
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation and listening skills
Good English skills in reading and writing, adaptable to working environment with English
Eager to learn and team player, willing to share and contribute
Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, etc. is required.
