Since 1889, Dr？ger has had an outstanding reputation for solving problems in the field of human breathing. Dr？ger has deeply involved in the handling of gases, in particular, hazard protection and life saving in medical and industrial emergencies. Dr？ger safety’s business consists of design, manufacturing, sales and service of equipment for gas detection and breathing protection.

We are looking for:

IQC Technician 来料检验技术员 (Beijing)

Main responsibilities:

- Perform first article inspections according to FAI plan to support the component qualification process , form FAI inspection report, keep golden sample;

- 根据FAI计划执行组件质量审核流程，形式FAI检验报告，保管黄金样品;

- Approve and release incoming materials (IQC) as per inspection instructions and Draeger quality requirements: perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection.

- 遵循质检指示和德尔格质量要求批准和释放来料（IQC），执行精确的机械，物理和视觉检查。

- Record inspection findings and results and preserve records.

- 记录检查结果，并保存记录

- Preserve important incoming material documents;

- 保存重要来料文件

- Ensure Non-conforming handling process.

- 确保不合格品处理过程。

- Quality data & report maintenance and update

- 质量数据与报表的维护和更新

- IQC test/measurement equipment maintenance and calibration

- IQC测试/测量设备的维护和校准

- Verify material reject from production,

- 验证从生产返回的不合格材料

- Manage supplier caused non-conforming parts.

- 管理供应商造成的不合格品

- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by leader.

- 执行由领导指派的其他职责

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complies with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations

- 遵循的标准和程序，保持安全和健康的工作环境;符合所有的质量，安全和工作规则和法规

Requirements:

- college degree in quality or engineering major

- 专科学历，质量或者理工科相关专业

- Measurement skills and quality tools application

- 测量技能和质量工具的应用

- Ability of reading and understanding mechanical and electrical drawing, and familiar with related test tools and devices.

- 能够阅读和理解机械和电气图纸，熟悉相关的测试工具和设备。

- At least2 years working experience in international company in quality area

- 两年以上外企相关质量工作经验

- High competency in MS Office

- 熟练掌握MS office软件

- English reading and writing skill

- 基本的英语读写能力
