Introduction

ABB Measurement BU has established an R&D department in Shanghai to develop new Industrial Instrumentation products and support the manufacturing of a range of products.

Job Title Test Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop, Maintain and upgrade the automatic testing system(based on Labview) for ABB
Develop, Maintain and upgrade the factory test program(e.g Flash program, Bin file merge tool and product functional testing, final inspection software)
Define test strategy and V&V plan for new developed product in R&D team, or develop other automatic test tools(Hardware and Software)
Develop automatic test program and setup the automatic test platform for R&D development
Collaborate with Production engineer to solve some production issues follow change request procedure
Ensure the reliability of the test platform, to meet the recruitments from production factory, low cost.
Document all technical points, also the procedures for ABB production
Responsible part of the certification job like intrinsic safety, flame proof, etc.
Responsible for product integration into system (SCADA, DTM or Control system etc.)

Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering field or equivalent
Ideally a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering or related subject, such as Automation.

Skills
l Strong Labview knowledge
l Basic Hardware circuit knowledge
l Strong skill for VB, VC, C# programming
l Strong skill Excel skills
l At least familiar with one script
l All common Microsoft office programs including: Excel, Word and Power point

Work experience
Develop Labview software for product automatic test
Familiar with test methodology and tools, develop some test tools
Strong filed bus experience: Hart Communications, Profibus PA, FF Fieldbus

Desired
Good communication skills, engage others
English – work with other engineer from Europe
Strong analytic and problem solving skills.

职位 测试工程师


职责
开发、维护和升级ABB的仪器仪表产品的校准系统（基于Labview）
开发、维护和升级ABB的仪器仪表产品的工厂测试程序（如Flash烧写程序，Bin文件合并工具，产品出厂测试程序）
开发新产品的验证、测试计划，依据计划编写测试程序或以及其他需要的PC工具。
定义自动化测试策略以及开发自动化测试程序
负责通讯产品的系统集成，如SCADA, DTM or Control system etc.
协助工厂生产，解决其中可能产生的产品生产问题
协助服务部门解决可能产生的产品问题
确保产品可靠性的开发，满足市场部的需求、满足低成本需求
撰写文档（软件描述、测试文档、质量保证文档等）


条件
专业：电子工程、计算机科学、计算机工程、自动化
硕士学位最佳

技能
l 熟练掌握Labview
l 较强的PC机编程能力，熟练使用C，VB，VC，C#
l 至少熟悉一种脚本语言如perl，lua
l 通用的Microsoft office技能: Excel, Word and Power point


工作经验
开发过基于labview的自动化测试程序
熟悉测试方法学和工具，开发过测试工具。
工业现场总线背景：Profibus PA, FF Fieldbus and Hart Communications
