Responsibilities：

The design and development of the Electronic hardware of new products or new test equipment
To conduct research into circuit design (if necessary) at the early stages of project
To create all design related document like design requirement specification, design description, validation test plan, integration test plan
To use EDA software to create schematic, PCB layouts and PCB’s according to industry design requirement including ex, EMC ect requirement
To develop prototype boards and adequately test them, have test reports
To develop test specification and procedure for ICT and FCT of PCBA to make sure the PCBA from production line can meet design requirement
To work with the sourcing team and the supplier to coordinate the manufacturing and assembly of PCBA’s
Inspect completed products and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
To assist in all stages of the development process including the handover to manufacturing
To support other team member for trouble shooting

Qualifications：

A minimum of a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electronic Engineering or related subject
Ideally a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or related subject, such as Instrument, Automation

Skills：

An experienced user of PCB design software for example; Protel, PowerPCB but ideally Mentor graph

Work experience：

At least 3years working experience working in an Engineering environment. Ideally in a company that develops products; for example: Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Consumer goods, instrumentation etc.

To have worked in industry product design is prefered, familiar with ex, IEC, SIL standard will be a benefit
