职位描述
Objective of job
Responsible for overseas payment for DNEA, MBCL, MBAFC,DPTS and MBYZ
Task designation
1 Communicate with business Departments on tax application requirements and documents needed
Receive and check payment documents from business departments, request for further supporting documents needed to fulfil the tax process, communicate on receiving opinions from tax bureau
2 Prepare documents required by Tax Authorities
Communicate with payment requestors for documents required by Tax Authorities, explain tax related definitions and requirements to requestors
3 Communicate with Tax Authorities (Beijing State Administration of Taxation and Beijing Local Taxation Bureau) on tax certificate application related issues
Bring application documents to competent tax officers for examinations and approval, explain details of each payment to tax officers for taxation judgement, prepare tax certificate on taxation examination system
4 Execute tax declaration for the overseas payment
Monthly taxation declaration for both Withholding Income Tax and Business Tax and surcharges, communicate with other team to ensure tax payment in time, filing of tax receipts
Qualification required
O Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or business related subjects.
Fluent with both Chinese and English
O Experience
1-3 years experiences with big four or corporate accounting functions
O Specific Knowledge
Familiar with PRC tax laws, especially Tax Treaties with other countries
Familiar with SAP system

MBCL also oversees the Hong Kong operation via Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Ltd. (a 100% Daimler AG subsidiary), which manages the imported MBC passenger cars and CV for Hong Kong and Macau.
