Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town is an upper, upscale internationally branded & managed hotel in a central location by the East 2nd Ring Road.
It is located close to the CBD, the Embassy district, many shopping centres, corporate headquarters, the Sanlitun entertainment precinct & easy access to the Beijing Subway Line 2.
Key Responsibilities主要职责
•Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public areas
熟知酒店所有的公共区域。
•Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner
确保规律而及时地完成清洁进度表。
•Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently
对紧急事件的发生做出有效地处理。
•Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions
当涉及化学药剂的使用、存在的难题或者改进建议须与客房主管联系。
•Contribute to Housekeeping Departmental Meetings
参与客房部门会议
•Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs
熟知酒店特殊程序和事件的相关信息，以便了解和满足客人的需求。
•Maintain Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
熟知酒店信息,以便能为客人提供酒店的相关信息。
•Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request.
根据客人的要求为客人提供帮助，引领他们到酒店内的其它场所。
•Complete tasks as directed by Management
完成管理层指派下来的其它任务。
•Refer major complaints to management
向管理层汇报主要的投诉事件。
•Operate equipment safety and sensibly
安全、正确对机器设备进行操作。
•Maintain stock levels
维持正常的库存量。
•Recycle where possible
尽量重复利用。
•Works in line with business requirements
工作须符合商业要求。
•Strive for constant improvement and take responsibility for your own performance

•Report problems to Management with suggestions for resolution
