The CFO role reports to the CEO and functionally to the CFO. This senior executive is responsible for reporting, forecasting and planning company's operations in China.

In addition, thisposition will work closely with the Corporate headquarters in Europe to implement corporate standards and processes..

Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the financial reporting, forecasting and planning for all company JV entities in China acting as a single point of contact/consolidation
- Ensure timely & accurate consolidations of forecasts, reports, etc.
- Working closely with his/her corporate finance colleagues in European HQ, and the local finance and IT teams in the JV entities, drive projects that improve process efficiency. Examples include aligning integration projects and workstreams related to SAP FI/CO, IFRS implementation and rollout, standardizing internal reporting, supporting external reporting requirements and other corporate initiatives.
- Manage Budget and Business Plan development to support corporate timing requirements as well as local JV Shareholder meeting cadence.
- Support the CEO in implementing corporate strategy for Asia and optimizing the local business model and operations
- Develop finance and IT organization structure in region to ensure local support for JV entities and ability to deploy standard solutions are balanced



Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in finance/accounting management with a strong record of career progression
- Significant experience working in China
- Experience in, IFRS, Chinese GAAP, HGB
- 10+ years experience managing people and reputation for being a great people manager
- Experience & results providing finance business partnering to Management executives; previous experience as a divisional or Business Unit FD an advantage
- Demonstrated success designing and improving processes
- Strong and independent thinker and influencer
- Strong understanding of accounting and compliance requirements
- Track record of showing finance leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to build analytical models that can be driven into standard planning tools
- Strong initiative and collaborative work-style
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, and Oracle Financials reports and SAP
