Responsibilities
Serves as the country administrator of the RP tools website. Be responsible for upload Chinese/English/Korean information into event session webpage in RP tools.
Provides Chinese/English/Korean information as Eloqua system required for training manager review.
Customer training schedule follow up, include training engagement, survey/exam fill in system, report collection and maintenance, data fill in system.
Sourcing on the training event venue, assist training manager on the contract process
Assists the Training Manager in the preparation of events include coordinating logistics for training events, label printing, speaker information collection, shipping arrangement, and coordinating travel for speakers.
Provides back-up assistance for the training manager as event execution needed. May need on-site support on the event
Sources and liaisons with vendors, as appropriate, including coordination of resources and ensuring quality of product and service levels delivered. Include raising PO in procurement system as program needed.
Maintains master training report and other records related to customer training.
Prepares reports and analyzes data as necessary to support the training manager in monitoring training effectiveness and identifying training needs.
Requirements
Good in English/Korean, fluent read/write
Good skill on windows office software, i.e. excel
Bachelor degree
Ability to work under time constraints.
Understands and accepts need for discretion and confidentiality.
Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with sales team, vendor via the telephone.
10% travel time
Location: prefer Shanghai, open for Beijing or Shenzhen.
