Mission
-Develop / serve a defined number of the named Key Accounts with a special focus on (but not limited to).
-Enterprise Security (Command & Control, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion) with a strong focus on value selling and within the Siemens boundaries given by the LoA process.
-Team lead functionality for the other ES account managers (only functional).


Dimensions
-No discilinary lead, only functional: responsible for development of up to 5 Key Accounts with an estimated Sales Budget of about 25 MRMB


Contacts
- Reporting to BT SSP KAM Head CN; internal contacts: Key Account Managers, Commercial Team; BT MA SSP ES; BT ES HQ Switzerland -External contacts: Customer meetings (also C-Level for Multi-National Companies)


Responsibilities:
- Ensure development of specific ES Key Accounts, support / coach other ES Key Account Managers.
- Communication with BT MA SSP ES and BT SSP ES HQ regarding the ES Key Account Business.
- Forecast and strategic planning for ES Key Account Business (incl. Account Business Plans)


Qualifications:
-Experience in: Sales for more than 5 years; Developing a customer / business; leading & coaching employees; technical background in Fire Safety & Security and commercial experience would be preferred.
- Ensure that for all projects / opportunities in the ES Key Account Business are handled according to the Siemens Process (e.g. LoA)
-Coach ES Key Account Managers with regards to Sales Methodologies & Business Development.
-Fluent in Chinese & English
