工作职责： - 维护并更新工程造价数据库，包括市场价格信息、主要材料、设备和人工价格信息等； - 维护并更新工程造价指标数据，包括不同类型的工程项目，如办公楼、酒店、公共设施、工业设施等； - 为项目业主提供项目前期造价估算咨询服务； - 提供方案设计、初步设计和扩初设计等阶段的造价概算、预算服务； - 根据施工图准备造价预算和工程量清单； - 审核承包商投标报价并提供评估意见； - 在项目实施期间为项目经理和工程师提供与造价管理相关的服务，如变更造价估算和审核等； - 审核承包商竣工结算并为竣工结算谈判提供咨询意见； - 为公司做设计或者设计项目管理的工程项目提供工程量计算服务; 资质要求： - 良好的沟通能力； - 工程类专业学士学位或相当学历； - 3年或以上概预算工作经验，有不同类型项目的工作经历，如商业项目、公共设施、医疗机构等； - 熟悉国内工程项目概预算的常规工作方法，包括法规要求和一般程序等； - 熟悉市场价格信息，如工程材料、设备和人工等； - 注册造价工程师优先。
