Responsibilities & Main tasks 职责和主要任务：
1. Develop the Acoustics/Optics part of test system (both HW &SW) based on test platform as an Indus partner when new products or revised products are to be introduced. Communicate with Indus SOMC R&D and Indus concerning test SW&HW design and report issues via DMS (Defects Management System).
在新产品引进时, 作为工业化合作伙伴, 基于测试平台负责测试系统中音频/光学部分的软硬件开发. 通过DMS系统, 向索尼移动研发部门及工业化部门汇报发现的关于测试系统软硬件的问题.
2. As one or multiple stations principal, set up Acoustics/Optics test stations, to ensure build plan completion in time and fulfil requirement of PPVP (Product Producibility Verification Process) and TSVP (Test System Verification Process) during prototype builds. 在试生产过程中,作为音频/光学测试站的负责人, 搭建测试站, 依据PPVP和TSVP的要求，保证试生产过程按时完成.
3. Co-operate cross-functionally within BMC to improve test station stability, flexibility and minimize test leakage during the whole life-cycle of projects. 在项目周期内，通过跨部门合作，提高测试站稳定性，灵活性，最大限度减少测试系统漏洞.
4. Create and evaluate technical test solutions concerning both test SW and test instruments to drive cost saving and increase test reliability. 设计并评估新的测试方案(包括软件和硬件), 以降低投资,并提高测试的可靠性.
5. Create test documentations (e.g. test station manual, TSVP report, RCA report) and provide training and support to production people. 撰写测试文档(如测试站手册、TSVP报告、测试分析报告), 并向相关生产人员提供必要的支持和培训.
6. Continuously perform test process optimization, give maintenance and support to test components (test methods and drivers), to secure Acoustics/Optics test station performance to reach targets of HV production such as Yield, capacity. On-line technical support whenever necessary. 不断优化测试流程, 同时通过对测试组件的维护和支持,确保音频/光学测试站在量产中达到合格率和产能要求，必要时进行在线技术支持。
7. Participate in concept study and give input to R&D regarding to phone design, ETS and test requirement/coverage. 参与手机概念设计的讨论, 并就手机设计, ETS, 和测试规范给手机研发部门提供意见.

Qualification 要求：
Bachelor or master degree in Electronics Engineering with good knowledge in automatic testing, telecommunication and computer science.
具有良好的关于自动化测试,通信和计算机知识的工程硕士或学士.
Above 2 years working as test developer or an equivalent job in electrical manufacturing environment. A few years of SW programming experience. Preferably have acoustics/optics background.
两年以上电子制造行业测试开发或相关的工作经验, 数年的软件编程经验.最好有音频、光学背景。
English fluent in oral and writing
流利的英语书写和口语能力.
Good communication skill
良好的沟通能力.
Skilful in MS office and experienced in programming, especially C#, C++ and OOP.熟练掌握MS Office,并有丰富的关于C#, C++和面向对象的编程经验.
Basic technical leadership is needed.
具备基本的技术领导能力.
Independent, self-motivated and well organised with analytic mind.
