职位职能: 建筑工程管理/项目经理
职位描述:
1.本科以上学历，建筑工程管理或工民建专业毕业；
2.五年以上项目管理相关工作经验及相关专业执照，具备建筑设计公司工作背景优先考虑；
3.英语听说读写较流利；
4.熟练运用各种电脑软件，掌握一到两项项目管理软件, 懂P3/P6排程软件者优先；
5.具备较强的书面和语言表达能力；
6.性格开朗、外向，擅长与人沟通；
7.诚实、正直、踏实，富有合作精神；
8.可接受派往外地工作;
9.对可持续发展、环境/社会问题有较强的意识，有相关的经验优先考虑。
