Activities and Main Responsibilities
Under the responsibility of our Services Manager, you will have the following missions:
spare parts:
- carry out spares parts activities (quotation, order processing follow up / delivery/ payment collection) in china and overseas.
- receiving the customers' feedback and complain for spare parts activities in close coordination with service managers
- assist service manager to Promote spare part sale to customers from "back office" and occasionally by visiting clients.
- communicate with other overseas sub companies for the spare parts issue.
- assist service manager maintenance and update the files concerning the spare parts issue.
Service:
- receive requests from clients for technical interventions and schedule the technicians to attend service jobs.
- organize travel arrangements with Hotel and flights for technicians.
-Work with Service Manager in order to choose appropriate resources for specific jobs.
EDUCATION AND LANGUAGES
Technical education (specializing in mechanics is a plus)
Experience:
- Experience in machine spare parts sale or spare part service in 1-2 years are appreciated.
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written; good cooperation with oversea colleagues required.
-skilled to handle the office software.
- flexible to face changes and new situations.
- Team spirit ability, Service awareness, patience and sense of responsibility ,active attitude.

协助服务经理完成如下工作:
备件方面:
1)负责处理备件的报价、订单处理,进程跟踪,发货,付款等工作。
2) 接受客户关于备件的反馈,投诉等。
3)通过电话或现场拜访客户,促进公司的备件销售业务。
4)协助服务经理处理跟踪与国内外有关备件事务的协调及跟进事宜。
5)协助服务经理建立和维护有关备件的客户档案及各种备件数据,表格信息。
服务方面:
1)处理客户的服务申请,并计划安排工程师到达现场的行程。
2)安排工程师的酒店及机票等。
3)协助服务经理,完成相关事务。
能力要求;
1) 有1-2年的机械零备件销售及服务经验。
2)较强的应变能力、协调能力。
3)有良好的团队精神及服务意识,耐心和责任心,工作积极主动。
4)流利的英语沟通能力,与国外同事良好合作。
5) 熟练使用各种办公软件。
