Responsibilities:

1、Assist FM to manage accounting policies and procedures to meet the company objectives as required by LSH & dealer management;

2、Prepare financial statements, management reports and supporting documentation and assist FM to develop budget premises;

3、Assist FM to control expenditures in line with the budget and perform variance analysis；

4、Prepare and submit statutory tax declaration such as enterprise tax, individual tax, VAT and business tax according to the government laws and regulations;

5、Monitor the deposits and bank reconciliation reports；

6、Assist FM to manage the daily grind.



Requirements:


1、 Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications;

2、 Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance, Accounting and Minimum 1 year of supervisory working experience.

3、Solid knowledge of China Tax Law and other local government rules and regulations;

4、Good verbal, reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese;

5、Proficiency in MS Office applications and computerized accounting packages;

6、Good Interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work across team.
