We are looking for a HR Direct Agent to receive and answer HR related queries of managers and employees.
The role is based in <City> reporting to the <Position>.

You will also:
· Provide and deliver actual and easily accessible information about HR processes, products and terms of employment
· Handle HR inquiries in a proactive and service oriented manner
· Analyse, categorize and log the received inquiries according to defined procedures
· Handle complaints and feedback
· Proactively collect, study and share relevant HR information with colleagues
· Provide operational knowledge to projects
Qualifications
Position Qualifications: [CCM plus local input]
· Bachelor degree, preferably within HR
· Presentation and communication skills
· Proactive, service oriented mind-set
· Analytical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
