Responsibility

• to independently liaise with resources, including translators, interpreters, DTP operators, engineers, etc.
• to ensure timely delivery of projects as per the client's requests
• to liaise with clients closely and ensure good understanding of the client's requirements
• to quote as per client's requirements
• to accurately follow instructions on all aspects of the projects you are involved in, including project planning, quality control, booking resources, provision of status reports, etc.
• to manage spend effectively in order to meet financial targets
• to handle complaints from client, carry out investigation, conclusion, measures for improvement, etc.

Qualification

• College graduate, preferably with major in English
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills
• Great attention to details
• Team player
• 2+ years of working experience in localization industry is a must
• Willingness to work on flexible hours
