Dräger has deeply involved in the handling of gases, in particular, hazard protection and life saving in medical and industrial emergencies. Dräger safety’s business consists of design, manufacturing, sales and service of equipment for gas detection and breathing protection.

We are looking for:

HR Specialist (Beijing)

Responsibilities
1. General
o Contribute to the strategy and formation of company goals within the DSECam.
o Take all opinions and suggestions into account before making decisions.
2. Day to day HR services
o Provide adequate HR support (on board process, contract,Insurance, information collection, interview arrangement, training needs collection) to all staff and visitors of DSEC. Supervise implementation of DSEC internal administration guidelines.
3. Organization
o Work together with the relevant Draeger organizations and external parties to arrange effective and good meetings and seminars.
o Supervise and organize potential office moves within the company.
o Synchronize suppliers and contractors
4. Relations with authorities
o Contact Shunyi Government and Management office of the Tianzhu Industrial Zone in order to follow up on certificates such Business License and Business Permission.
5. Visa
o Issue invitation letters,get Working Permit,Visa,
Green Cards and Driving Licenses for expatriates.
Requirements for this Position
1. Education / Knowledge
o strong knowledge in Windows, Office (Word, Excel,PPT)
o University degree,major in Human Resource Management/Administration Management.
2. Experience (in years)
o 1 years as HR specialist
3. Language Skills
o good English skills oral and written. German skills & Translation practice in English is perferred.
4. Mental Requirements
o well organized
o straight forward
o work independently
o good communicator
o flexible
