We are seeking (Senior) Product Owner for our Agile Scrum teams in Nokia Mobile Phones R&D Beijing. You will be responsible for the Applications Experience & Requirements backlog in relation to our Mobile Phone Products.

You will work with some of the hottest mobile technologies on the market and join a highly motivated team to build mobile phone SOFTWARE for the Mobile Phone SW products.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Agile Scrum and Mobile Phone consumer centric features as well as 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience in the domain (Bluetooth, USB, Multimedia, Messaging…). We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:

Position Description:

- Ownership and maintenance of the experience backlog (consisting of user stories), prioritization, decomposition, being customer and team voice.
- Main contact point for Scrum Team working in the project(s)
- Cooperates with other Product Owners to make sure that all required experiences and dependencies are available for all projects in the right time.
- Be responsible for the bottom-up ideas’ innovation to rich the Multimedia experience
- Be responsible for Multimedia features
- Be responsible for end to end deliverables and ensuring the ‘Done’ mindset is followed.
- Owns certification and interoperability scope when applicable
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Agile Scrum and Mobile Phone consumer centric features as well as 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience in the domain (Bluetooth, USB, Multimedia, Messaging…). We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:
- Strong technical knowledge in Audio/Video/Image parts
- Strong passion for consumer and ecosystem understanding
- Proven track record in planning, organizing and executing through others
- Experience in complete software management lifecycle
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to maintain overview, i.e. identifying key details but still never losing sight of the priorities
- Experience in wireless technologies
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Natural openness to new ideas
- Strong analytical ability to master cutting through to the heart of a situation and ensuring the right results in time
- Independent way of working and believe that an open, honest dialogue ensures the best results
