COE FPA&R Team is responsible for ensuring accurate and on-time completion of HP's financial statements and maintaining a very strong control environment. The key function of the team is to ensure the China entities’ Local Legal Reports are in full compliance with local legal requirement. Also, the team should proactively seek out risks and address risks.

HP Tina JV company is a new established entity, mainly for ES business. The responsibilities of COE FPA& Financial Analyst would include:

- Ensure proper accounting treatment and financial process are established for HP TJ JV entity; Before system set up ready, some JVs need to input manually;

- Ensure proper internal control processes are established in HP TJ JV entity ;

- Prepare and submit local legal reports for HP TJ JV entity to be in full compliance to local legal requirement;

- Prepare HP TJ JV entity pre-tax-earning forecast;

- Be the single-point-of-contact with E&Y audit team to coordinate the issuance of US GAAP and Local Legal audit report; and

- Be the single-point-of-contact for various local governments to ensure proper communication with local government.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills Required

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

• Typically 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

• Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Excellent language skill in English.

• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in accounting principles

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially mature in dealing with government relationship.
