Fast growing and innovative Relocation Company is looking for the right candidate to join our team based in Shanghai. We are a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise committed to growing in China.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Receptionist Duties
General clerical and administrative duties such as: taking care of incoming mail/faxes;
scheduling Company Driver; recording leave; petty cash and office supplies purchases
Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager/Managing Director
Assistant to Customer Manager, accomplish tasks assigned

The right candidate needs to have the following skills and attributes:

Have an enthusiastic and friendly manner especially when answering the telephone
Have good speaking and listening skills in English
Have good working knowledge of MS Office especially Word and Excel. Other IT skills such as Photoshop, MS Publisher also an asset.
Have good secretarial skills like typing, note-taking, drafting of basic communication
Have good multi-tasking skills and be able to deliver on time work in a variety over a range of tasks
Have a pro-active attitude towards their work and look to contribute to the overall administrative efficiency of the office.
