-For our Cluster Infrastructure Process Office, we are looking for a Process Manager at the earliest opportunity. This position is required to support the process optimization projects undertaken by CIPO.

Introduction
-CIPO
-CIPO stands for Cluster Infrastructure Process Office. We design, optimize and automate cross functional infrastructure / support processes for Siemens in NEA. Any project that deals with processes that impact more than one functional areas, is considered to be in scope for CIPO. CIPO tracks and report the status of these projects on a regular basis to the cluster management.
-Projects that are run within a functional area would be supported by CIPO with the project methodology & project management resource upon request.

What are my responsibilities?
-Mission
-To design, optimize and automate cross functional infrastructure / support processes for Siemens in NEA. Re-egineer processes in order to automate and secure interfaces, structure and monitor process flows and bridge cross-functional knowlegde and responsibilities.
-Dimensions
-Reporting to the Head of the Cluster Infrastructure Process Office. Responsibility for the budget, planning and management of the individual end-to-end process optimization projects.
-Contacts
-NEA Cluster and Country Heads, Heads of Corp. Departments & Services, Process Subject Matter Experts, External Consulting Firms, Managers of comparable multinationals in the Region, similar functions in other Clusters
-Tasks
- ANALYZE
-Analyze & document cross functional infrastructure/support end-to-end process, in order to get a transparent picture of the implementation within the organization in NEA
- DEFINE
-Analyze, determine, align and connect process improvement possibilities from various sources (internal/external) in order do design a suitable end-to-end processes for the organization
- PRIORITIZE
-Transfer and prioritize defined initiatives into corresponding projects and determine relevant elements for project execution and management
- EXECUTE
-Support the relevant projects with connection to end-to-end processes in the execution, knowledge transfer and change management
- MONITOR
-Manage and monitor the ongoing and planned optimization initiatives and derive necessary corrections and alignments
- TRAIN
-Perform trainings as a result from implemented process changes and regular schedules on defined processes

-Experience
- Broad knowledge of cross-functional support/infrastructure processes and ability to connect loose ends into streamlined and harmonized results for the benefit of the organization
- Process management capabilities in order to cover the requirements of a standardized procedure in handling the defined tasks > support / infrastructure processes (IT, SCM, HR, Accounting, Finance, etc.) and internal project management experience
- Management of various internal HQ from departments, sectors, regions. Leading of teams assembled for project purposes incl. ext. consultants
- Process management capabilities in order to cover the requirements of a standardized procedure in handling Management of process topics in Asien environments; handling of global interfaces in headquarter and shared service organizations worldwide
