岗位目标：

与销售部门及其他营运部门紧密配合，保证公司供应链高效运作。

关键岗位职责：

1、与其他部门配合，制定并实施合理的采购计划，保证业务连续性；

2、与药厂和供应商沟通并保持良好关系，确保应付天数满足公司要求，并不断拓展新的业务合作机会；

3、高效实施库存管理工作，包括收货管理、退换货管理、效期管理、库存控制与产品质量工作及所有的转换和调整；

4、依据现金流转，合理控制月度采购；

5、监控近效期货物、脱销与滞销品种的库存水平；

6、负责相关代理品种的合同管理、发票管理和应付账款跟踪；

7、负责公司进出口产品采购的相关准备及相关操作；

8、根据公司要求完成新的物流项目。

任职资格：

1、药学相关专业本科以上学历；

2、3年以上相关工作经验；

3、熟悉ERP办公系统；

4、有很强的数字分析能力和处理紧急事件的能力；

5、熟练使用办公软件(Excel，Word，PowerPoint，etc.)；

6、具有良好的英文书写及口语技能。

7、有一定的组织、管理、协调能力，能够起草计划，具有发展创新能力；

8、能够在压力下很好的工作，具有较强的信息敏感性，能够及时准确无误的管理组织信息；

9、有很强的计划执行能力和服务意识；

10、对企业忠诚，工作努力负责，遵守公司的规章制度，有很强的进取心和团队精神。

11、有医药行业内工作经验者优先。

Our distribution network covers 31 of the 34 provincial-level administrative units in China through our direct-to-customer distribution network and comprehensive network of wholesalers. Yong Yu offerings span the full distribution value chain from importation to national supply chain management and local direct distribution to approximately 49,000 hospitals and clinics, and more than 123,000 pharmacies. We directly distribute to hospitals and retail pharmacies through our direct distribution operations.

Our large and experienced Quality Assurance team oversees all aspects of our logistics operations and we are noted specialists in the handling of products requiring special care, including narcotics, high-value products, biological products, or those needing particular freezer or refrigeration conditions. The Yong Yu logistics operation has achieved both Chinese GSP and ISO9001:2000 certification, recognizing our commitment to the highest standards of logistics operations.
