Responsibility
- Identify and define people risk service scope and value proposition, and develop people risk consulting solutions
- Lead the knowledge development in people risk area, including risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation and transfer strategy, and benefit design
- Lead the delivery of people risk service to the client
- Provide sales support for EB team in new business development and existing business maintenance

Experience
- 5 years of experience in top tier HR consulting or in multiple HR positions at a high-performance company
- 2 years of relevant experience in financial and non-financial benefit design and mgmt..
- 1-2 year experience in business development

Qualification
- Understanding of general HR issues in China. Be able to conduct a broad quick people risk assessment and provide high-level suggestion based upon assessment result
- Deep knowledge/understanding in benefit design for a large/multinational company. Capable of advising client in design and implement complicated benefit program
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge building abilities
- Sale support experience and able to conduct business development with EB team
