1. 英语能力优（中英文翻译、文献搜索、口语优秀者优先）

2. 熟练运用office软件，特别是ppt、word、excel。

3. 文笔较好、逻辑思维能力较好；能承受压力、有较强执行力、快速学习能力。

4. 能实习至少2个月以上时间，每周至少4天。

5. 专业不限，最好有金融经济会计类背景，如为理工科背景最好有一定的财务基础，如通过CPA、CFA考试，有投行等相关实习经历者优先。

6. 海归硕士优先。

7. 实习表现优秀者有望获得正式工作offer。
