The Position

Based in Shanghai, as an Officer, Compliance Check, you will be responsible for performing full compliance check on employee expense reports to ensure that company SOP, policy and regulations are implemented. You will evaluate compliance risk through analysis, risk identification, monitoring. You are required to effectively communicate with business function and gather support from IA/ Procurement/ Medical/ Legal/ IT.

In this role, you will also provide internal training and policy explanation to employee and line managers from various functions. You will prepare T&E monthly reporting package and follow-up as well as participate in ad-hoc Project to support the system enhancement and process improvement

Who you are

You have a bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or a related field. This is a position for young professionals with 1-2 year experience as minimum, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries. Firm experience is a plus.

You are fluent in both written and oral English with CET 4 as minimum. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment.
