Based in Shanghai, as a Sr. Officer, Compliance Check, you will be responsible for performing full compliance check on AP document to ensure that standard company SOP, policy and regulations are implemented and company's value is safeguarded throughout all operations. You will evaluate compliance risk through analysis, risk identification, monitoring. You are required to manage and maintain metrics and monthly report and follow up the pending issues.

In this role, you will responsible for communicating with business partner and providing feedback and input, gathering support from IA/ Procurement/ Medical/ Legal/ IT/ Users. You will also facilitate external audit, internal audit and ICFR as well as participate in ad-hoc Project to support the improvement and automation of business processes

You have a bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or a related field. This is a position for professionals with 3-4 year experience as minimum in multinational companies. Big 4 experience is a plus.

You are fluent in both written and oral English with CET 4 as minimum. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment.

You are detail-oriented, patient, hands–on and willing to take the challenge with high initiatives
