Responsibilities
1.Review legal request, communicate with the applicants
2.Keep track of the original copies of the signed agreements, classify, scan and file
3.Communicate with EB department when system error occurred
4.Support legal department, e.g. order meeting room, take meeting minutes, pick up packages, help check the agreement status, case status
Requirement
Professional Skills
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office software
2. Excellent oral and written communication skill in Chinese and English
3. Familiar with filing and record-keeping practices
Education
Master degree in law or in English
Or Bachelor in law, with excellent English skills
Language Skill
Passed CET-6 or above
