Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow for legal entities

• Prepare intercompany reconciliations for legal entities.

• Provide support for external audits and local tax filings of international legal entities

• Perform special projects as requested

• Perform fluctuation analysis of accounts on a monthly basis.

• Analyze variances on a financial statement level and provide overall analytical reviews of financial statement fluctuations.

• Prepare schedules and provide support for external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting or 4+ years in industry accounting (or combination)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS
• Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems software preferably SAP
• Strong oral, written and analytical skills
• Leadership experience
• Ability to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
• Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, including VP Finance, Finance Director and Financial Reporting Manager
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
• Ability to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility
• Ability to think strategically and tactically
• Strong oral, written and analytical skills
