工作职责：
1、参与具体咨询工作，保证咨询项目正常实施，咨询项目服务方向包括但不限于企业战略管理、流程管理等；
（1）战略管理方向：为各类型企业提供战略管理咨询服务，分析企业核心业务模式，分析内外部信息及影响因素，根据市场及行业特点，研究并提出与该企业相关的发展战略计划、业务模式和管控模式等建议。
（2）流程管理方向：为各类型企业提供流程管理咨询服务，如分析企业核心业务及其他管理模式，根据市场、行业、企业的特点，研究、重整及改善各种业务或职能部门流程。
2、根据项目需要担任项目经理，完成调研及资料收集，实施项目计划，进行过程监控与结果评估反馈等；
3、跟踪相关重点行业，协助有关部门出具行业与市场研究报告；
4、配合总公司和客户完成相关咨询项目，如资料收集、项目建议书撰写等；
5、参与管理咨询最新理论及工具的研究与开发，对管理咨询工具和方法进行创新；
6、完成公司交代的其他工作与任务。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，在日企工作过并且能说流利日语；
2、拥有3年以上管理咨询工作经验或中层以上企业实际工作经验并有志于转型咨询业者；
3. 具备先进的现代企业战略管理理念以及扎实的理论基础；
4、熟练的使用日语（听、读、写）；第二外语是英语优先考虑；
5、对管理咨询工作充满热情，愿意接受挑战，愿意短时间内快速成长；
6、良好的书面及口头表达能力，善于沟通，有强烈的团队合作精神；
7、有极强的快速学习能力和逻辑思维能力；
8、熟练使用office与网络搜索工具，精通PPT制作技术。


A Senior analyst is a confirmed professional responsible for conducting research and analysis of companies and markets in China and/or the APAC region. This is a role requiring at least three or five years of relevant experience and independent thinking, good interpersonal skills and the ability to convince over the phone. Infiniti research has already doubled its size in the past 6 months and we expect to double our size again in the next 12 months. As a senior analyst you will have the chance to prove yourself and quickly climb the ladder to become a team leader and project manager.
Senior analysts are project driven, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to do everything in their power to complete the projects on time. Even though we already expect you to know some of the ropes, training will be provided. The candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, and professional, and understand that a high level of confidentiality and discretion is required in all the work we do.

Desired Skills and Experience
1.Bachelor degree from a top undergraduate program and ideally masters degree or MBA
2.1 to 2 years of work experience in a research environment or in a fortune 500 company.
3.Desirable but not required: native fluency in Korean AND/OR Japanese AND/OR other south east Asian languages Fluency in Chinese (business conversation, reading, writing)
4.Excellent research, analytical, writing and presentation skills
5.Self-starter with excellent time management and project management skills
6.High degree of computer literacy, knowledge of common business productivity tools and concepts, and excellent Microsoft Office skills
7.Willing to learn new things quickly and independently
8.Attention to detail
9.The candidate must already be living in Beijing and must already hold or be eligible for a Chinese Employment Visa if not a PRC national.
