工作描述：
1、参与公司对目标企业的实况调研、诊断与分析；
2、负责有针对性地与客户沟通并提供建议或思路，协助客户解决相关问题；
3、按照项目咨询经理的安排及项目进度完成相关咨询工作。

任职要求
1、2014年3月或6月毕业的本科以及以上学历，能保证一周五天时间在职；
2、专业不限，建筑专业、工程管理类、工商管理类、人力资源管理、经济管理优先；
3、在校期间参与过各类研究咨询项目的优先考虑；
4、熟练使用英语（听、读、写），能拥有第二外语日英语或者韩语优先考虑；
5、具备出色的问题分析能力及良好的学习、沟通和推动能力，谦虚踏实，具有良好的心理素质和团队合作意识。

Infiniti Research, a multinational market research company, is now expanding in Beijing. To cope with the growing business demand and explore new markets we are looking for new interns to join us and learn the ropes of consulting in an international environment.
Interns should be project driven, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to do everything in their power to complete the projects on time. While this is an internship and extensive training will be provided, the candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented , and understand that a high level of confidentiality and discretion is required in all the work we do.While this is an internship, the best candidates will be offered the possibility to be hired fulltime and become core members of a quickly expanding team in a booming market. This is not a “coffee/photocopy” internship; candidates will be given real responsibilities and will be at the heart of large projects for fortune 500 clients.

Desired Skills and Experience
1.Some work experience in a research environment or in a fortune 500 company preferred but not required.
2.Desirable but not required: native fluency in Korean AND/OR Japanese AND/OR other south east Asian languages
3.Fluency in Chinese (business conversation, reading, writing)
4.Excellent research, analytical, writing and presentation skills
5.Self-starter with excellent time management and project management skills
6.High degree of computer literacy, knowledge of common business productivity tools and concepts, and excellent Microsoft Office skills
7.Willing to learn new things quickly and independently
8.Attention to detail
9.The candidate must already be living in Beijing
