工作职责：

接听客户来电，回答客户咨询，处理客户问题。

职位要求：

1、普通话标准，口齿清晰，声音甜美，具有亲和力；
2、工作认真负责，有良好的客户服务意识，较强的沟通能力及应变能力；
3、掌握基本办公软件如MS Word， Excel，互联网浏览及电邮系统等；
4、服从工作安排，能适应呼叫中心7天*24小时*365天倒班制度，班次有：
（1）9:00-18:00 正常班，每周休两天
（2）8:00-21:00 大连班 上一天休一天
（3）夜班 提供夜班补助
5、学历要求：中专以上学历。

薪资待遇：

试用期员工：
RMB 2000元+补助共约400元 （餐补18元/天，约400元/每月）。

转正员工：
RMB 2500元+补助共约620元 （餐补18元/天，约400元/每月+交通补助120元/月+电话补助100元/月）。

除了基本工资外，本公司为每位新入职员工上五险一金，以及一份额外的商业补充医疗保险。
