职位描述
Key responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Payroll Services
·Perform and supervise necessary activities to process a portfolio of clients’ payroll, including but not limited to: payroll calculation and verification; maintaining related records; filing individual tax returns;documenting and updating procedures; preparing monthly reports to clients; payroll system maintenance.
·To ensure clients’ payroll are processed efficiently and accurately within the payroll cycle of each individual client.
·Works closely with the “Payroll System Specialist” for system maintenance and to enhance the quality of payroll service in the implementation process.
·Works closely with the team in identifying need for system revisions, formulating system requests and recommendations for clients, analyse post-implementation results of system changes.
·To ensure clients’ inquiries and issues are dealt with promptly and successfully.
·Handle multi-jurisdictions payroll with a higher level of complexity.
·To analyse and resolve issues that create the need for manual checks, thereby reducing exposure errors and penalties result from possible late submission.
·To understand client’s business and to modify the procedures to enhance the payroll services by applying industry knowledge.
2. Team Management
·Responsible to supervise a team of professional staff to deliver accurate and quality payroll service.
·Provide training and coaching to the team to ensure strong partnerships and collaboration within the team.
·Conduct regular team meetings to identify and solve specific and complex client requests or problems.
·To lead, develop, manage, and implement change within the team to increase operational efficiency.
·To manage the performance of the team and monitor the progress of the team’s KPI target settings.
Qualifications and Profile:
·University degree in Accounting, Finance, or diploma in related disciplines.
·Member of relevant associations.
·Over 8 years in payroll, financial, accounting or related field,
·Used to lead a team, have good social and presentation skills.
·Be familiar with payroll policy and practice in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
·Excellent written and spoken English.
·Willingness to work under pressure.
