Responsibilities:

- Understand company business strategies and needs, in-depth understand of main business processes (Sales, Marketing and Service Processes).理解公司业务策略和需求,深入理解的主要业务流程(销售、市场和服务流程)；

- Propose and implements best practice solutions.提出和实现了最佳解决方案；

- Drive business process improvement initiatives.驱动业务流程改进计划；

- Ensure existing systems are used adequately and proposes continuous improvement actions (change request, etc.).确保充分使用现有的系统,提出持续改进行动(变更请求等)；

- Coordinate support or project activities with all applicable constituents including customers using the systems, IT staff supporting the systems, other departments, vendors, etc.协调支持与项目有关的包括客户，IT系统，公司其他部门，供应商；

- Comply to Global and Regional Guidelines, Standards and IT Quality framework (Project Methodology, System Validation).符合全球和区域的指导方针,标准和它的质量框架(项目方法论、系统验证)；

- Other projects or tasks assigned by IT manager.其他由IT经理分配的项目 。

Others:

- Ensure the company IT network under a stable and safe situation, include printer, fax, scanner and etc. 维护公司局域网正常运行，对周边设备（打印机、传真机、扫描仪等）进行维护；
- Ensure IT system of Headquarter and shops running normally and smoothly, include daily maintenance for monitor system, call center system and etc.公司电脑及门店信息系统硬件维护及监控服务器，呼叫中心等服务器日常维护；
- Daily data back up on the server.服务器数据的日常备份；
- Users’ IT support and training of Phonak and i-Hear峰力上海及智音用户的IT技术支持及培训 ；

- Other assignments by superior. 其他上级主管布置的工作。

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree with a major in information technology or computer science. 信息技术专业的本科，或拥有同等职业经验；

- At least 5 years hands-on working experience and knowledge in IT industry.5年以上IT工作经验；

- 2+ years’ CRM management experience. 1+ year’s ERP maintenance experience.2年以上的CRM管理经验,1年以上ERP维护经验；

- Creativity and ability to Change有创新；

- Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself良好的沟通能力；

- Sets clear targets and secures results目标明确，以结果为导向；

- Chinese (Native speaker), English (CET4)优秀的中英文沟通能力；

- Working experience/knowledge of Force.com, is an advantage; Experience in managing cross-functional, cross-Business Area projects with off-site team and matrix organization structure.有在管理跨职能、跨业务领域的项目的能力；
