JOB SUMMARY
Financial analysis for Operations Financial analysis for R&D
Financial analysis for BD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Financial analysis for Operations
1) Review and prepare consolidated P&L actual vs forecast variances reports.
2) Prepare monthly analysis report per management requirement.
3) Review Balance Sheet schedule monthly and track the action items.
4) Review the project with Negative Contribution Margin and collect the reasons from sites.
5) Follow up of action items from various meeting.
B. Financial analysis for R&D
1) Prepare monthly Timesheet analysis.
2) Make sure GL account charge correctly.
3) Do monthly end closing.
4) Prepare R&D Internal Order Report.
5) Do the consolidated R&D CE,WL and SDC reports.
C. Financial analysis for BD
1) Review Corporate BD Report abnormal items and find the reasons.
2) Prepare the main account detail analysis monthly.
3) Review Group BD Report and Prepare Group PMD report.
4)Do the BD manning cost & revenue Report.
REQUIREMENT
1) Bachelor degree in finance or accounting fields
2) At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturer company
3) SAP and Hyperion knowledge is an added advantage
