职位描述

本职位负责采购系统及流程的维护,SAP-SRM模块的上线支持、采购流程的改进,相关的项目、以及科勒总部及亚太区各个工厂办事处的沟通。

需要应聘者熟悉采购流程,对SAP系统有所了解、具备良好的沟通能力、分析能力、学习能力。精通中英文,对数字敏感。具体工作职责请详见下文:

BASIC FUNCTION


This position will sustain ongoing global process and systems activities, in support of Kohler Co.’s Global Procurement and Supply Chain initiatives. This position will also assist in maintaining a variety of Global Procurement applications including SAP, SRM, procurement portals, electronic communication interfaces (EDI/XML) and any other related data collection/reporting systems.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


·Provide functional technical support within the Global Procurement community. Support will include, but is not limited to: training, system access administration, reporting mechanism maintenance, and ensuring such systems are functioning and accurate.


·Support the development and enhancement of purchasing systems/tools used for calculating and analyzing operating metrics across the supply chain organization. Communicate and monitor performance metrics between organizations, identifying root causes and developing improvement plans.


·Work collaboratively with analysts and management on specific projects and new technology implementations as needed.




EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, or the combination of education, training and/or experience.

·Demonstrated experience and understanding of PC operating systems and procurement/general business processes and applications.

·1-2 years experience in supply chain related field preferred.

·Proficient in Microsoft office products like Word, advanced Excel, Access,

Outlook and Data Warehouse

·Experience in SAP purchasing and planning with the ability to comprehend technical information is a plus.


LANGUAGE ABILITY

Good command of both written and spoken English is required. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions fromsuppliers, buyers, other business areas, and internal customers.


MATH ABILITY

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts terms,spend totals and

percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in

situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions

furnished in written, oral, diagrams, or schedule form.


COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Basic Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.



PERSONAL PREFERENCES:

·Self starter with initiative, strong data analysis skills and common sense problem solving approach.


·Ability to achieve results within tight time constraints.
