职位描述
Accountabilities:
？ Establish Plant maintenance/Preventive Maintenance system
？ Flawlessly implement an effective plant maintenance system to ensure plant machinery in good working condition at all times, minimal machine downtime and optimal machinery running costs
？ Continuously to explore the new tech/machinery to improve line/labor efficiency.
？ Manage Engineering Maintenance cost
？ Develop and sustain good engineering practices in the plant
？ ● Energy (Diesel oil, electricity ,Water)optimization
？ ● Statutory compliance- WWT effluents
？ Decrease R&M cost by spare parts localization and optimistically using
？ Standardize Operating Procedures
？ CAPEX development, and project management
？ Support HQ Engineering team on big project implementation to ensure planning and implementation within Plan of annual CAPEX
？ KPI Targets setting and lead execution
？ Machine efficiencies & break down time, % variance from preventive and overhauling schedules
？ Adherence to Preventive maintenance calendar and overhauling schedules, Minimum production loss due to downtime
？ Variation from energy utilization plan (utilization cost VS Per ton product)
？ SOP Manuals, number of employees undergone training on SOPs
Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree ,major in engineering or construction related field
？ At least 5 years of good engineering department leadership experience and training skill in an FMCG /food industry
？ Experience of handling automated (PLC) machines.
？ Experience of safety management and maintenance in plant
？ Experience of project implementation and commissioning of new projects
？ Business English language capability excellent
？ Excellent in office software including project
？ Thirty party/supplier management, negotiation skills
？ Budgeting and cost control
？ Good communication skills
