Responsibilities:

- Understand company business model,
products offerings, competitive issues, promotion program and other concepts or
activities .

- Identify and stimulate customers need through daily tele sales activities to achieve assigned objectives.

- Generate sales opportunity for selling products and services to an the target customer base by utilizing inbound and/or outbound calls.

- Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship to closely discern potential
customers requirements.

- Participate as a team member on sales teams supporting field sales and sales consulting.

Requirements

- Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of IT software business.

- Ability to complete individual goals with superior communication skills as well as work in a team environment.

- Ability to prove the successful track records in the following areas:

a. Customer Service

b. A solid understanding of IT business drivers

c. Achievement in high-volume telesales environment

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented,
strong sense of analytical approach and willing to work under pressure with sales target and a dynamic nvironment.
