Job description
This position is only for 2013/2014 new graduate. · Perform hardware technical support in customer accounts · Support daily operation and maintenance of customer’s systems in p-series,including SAN and attached storage · Assists in hardware services activities, including installation planning, account management, systems problem determination, relocation, diagnosis, etc. · Perform problem determination, discontinuance and relocation for IBM Open systems and attached storage · Prepare documentation for review report and activity planning · Implement IT projects · Responsible for developing positive relationships with customer to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Required Skills: · Bachelor or above in Engineering / Computing Science or related disciplines · Analytical and problem solving skills · Knowledge of IBM Power systems and storage is a plus · Knowledge of UNIX/Linux is a plus · Fluent in both written and oral English. · Good communications skills · Self-initiative and result oriented · Sense of responsibility and good team work skill
