R&D Engineer—Marine Power Systems

Responsibilities
- Perform strategic research projects in marine power systems, e.g. Onboard DC Grid technology, power conversion technology, island grid (conventional / renewable) control and integration, power system protection, FACTS, Energy Storage (Lithium-ion Battery, Ultra Capacitor) application in Marine system, etc.
- Initiate system solution with leading-edge technology to the specific vessel type
- Follow up new technologies, have a clear view of technology development trend
- Ensure a successful execution and provide excellent technical contribution to research projects

Requirements
- Master degree or higher (PHD) majored in power system analysis, power electronics and electrical drive, control and protection, or other related areas. With related work experience (preferred).
- Experience in application of energy storage (Lithium-ion Battery, Ultra Capacitor) system is a plus;
- Familiarity with modern simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink
- Solid theoretical knowledge and practical skills
- Competence of application-oriented research works
- Excellent innovation capability
- Self-motivated, high curiosity and ability to learn about new technologies
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both oral and written English


研发工程师-船舶电力系统

-在船舶电力系统方向开展研究工作，主要从事但不限于船舶电力系统仿真与分析、船载直流电网技术、孤岛电网（传统/新能源）控制、电力系统保护、柔性交流输电系统、储能（锂离子和超级电容器）技术在船舶电网中的应用等相关领域的工作
-为特定船型提议使用前沿技术的解决方案
-跟踪新技术，把握领域未来发展趋势
-独立开展和完成特定的研发任务

要求：

-在下列领域具有硕士或博士学位：电力系统分析、电力电子及电力传动、保护与控制或相近领域专业知识。具有相关工作经验者优先。

-具有储能（锂离子和超级电容器）技术应用经验者优先。

-能熟练使用现代仿真工具Matlab/Simulink

-在相关专业领域具备良好的理论和技术知识，能够胜任面向应用的研究

-思维活跃开放，具有优秀的创新能力

-积极主动，喜欢不同任务和挑战，乐于学习新事物

-具备良好的沟通能力和讲解技能

-适应多语言工作环境，并能够以流利的（口头及书面）英语表达
